2. Services

OMX CONSULTING LTD provides business consulting, strategic planning, marketing consulting, and Instagram influencer strategy services (“Services”).
The scope of each service will be agreed upon in writing between OMX CONSULTING LTD and the client before work begins.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information required to deliver the Services.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have the rights to any data, images, or content shared with OMX CONSULTING LTD.

Clients must cooperate and provide feedback in a timely manner to avoid delays.

4. Fees and Payments

All fees for Services will be clearly communicated before engagement.

Payments must be made according to the agreed terms (e.g., upfront, milestone-based, or monthly).

Failure to make payment on time may result in suspension or termination of Services.

All prices are exclusive of VAT or other applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created by OMX CONSULTING LTD in the course of providing Services shall remain the property of OMX CONSULTING LTD unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the deliverables strictly for their business purposes.

6. Confidentiality

7. Limitation of Liability

OMX CONSULTING LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Services.

Our liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the Services in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms and fails to remedy such breach within 14 days.

Upon termination, the client is responsible for all fees incurred up to the date of termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.

10. Amendments

OMX CONSULTING LTD reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes.
